Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel: A visionary leader
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was born on 31 October 1875 in Nadiad, Gujarat. A successful lawyer, his life took a decisive turn when he became closely associated with Mahatma Gandhi and played a prominent role in the Kheda Satyagraha of 1918. This marked an important step in his journey towards public service.
