On the occasion of the 150th Birth anniversary of Shri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Ekta Prakash Parv was celebrated at Statue of Unity, Ekta Nagar, from 17 October to 15 November 2025.The festival showcased the spirit of national unity, patriotism and India’s rich cultural heritage.

State-wise Celebration

Ekta Nagar was illuminated with spectacular artistic and theme-based lighting spread across approximately 7.6 km. The stretch from Ekta Dwar to the Statue of Unity featured illuminated poles, thematic motifs, government schemes and attractions of Ekta Nagar. Buildings, trees and major roads were beautifully illuminated, creating a vibrant and memorable night-tourism experience.

State-wise Celebration

A specially designed Dynamic Dam Light & Sound Show was presented at Sardar Sarovar Narmada Dam and viewed from Dam View Point-1. A 530-metre route towards the Valley of Flowers featured 13 thematic sections, lighting installations and selfie/photo points based on themes such as ISRO and Operation Sindoor.

State-wise Celebration

A 140-metre walkway was transformed into seven Glow Tunnels, showcasing themes related to the Statue of Unity, Jungle Safari, gardens, Narmada Parikrama, religious sites and space.

The festival provided visitors with a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of Ekta Nagar during both day and night, creating lasting memories.

Nearly 5 lakh visitors visited Ekta Nagar during the Ekta Prakash Parv, making the celebration a memorable attraction for tourists from across the country.

Encouraged by the overwhelming response and enthusiastic participation of tourists, Ekta Prakash Parv will return on an even grander scale this year and will be celebrated for a period of three months, starting from October 15, 2026.
